How Citadel Developments and Citadel Agency collect, use and look after your personal information.

Who we are: Citadel Developments is a brand of Citadel Agency, which holds estate agent's licence 092247L. In this policy "we" means Citadel Agency, including when it trades as Citadel Developments. You can contact us on (03) 9494 3151 or at hello@citadelagency.com.au.
What we collect: Your name, phone number and email address. Your answers to our questionnaire and enquiry forms, such as whether you are building a home to live in or an investment, bedrooms and bathrooms, areas, budget range, timing, savings or equity range, and whether you have spoken to a broker or builder. Notes from our calls and emails with you. Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site.
How we collect it: Mostly from you, through this website, by phone and by email. Sometimes from someone you have asked to refer you to us.
Why we collect it: To reply to your enquiry, to understand what kind of house and land package may suit you, to contact you about it, and to provide our services if you engage us. Your budget and savings or equity ranges help us suggest suitable areas and packages. We do not use them to assess you for a loan. If you do not give us a way to contact you, we cannot reply.
Who we share it with: Our own team. Service providers who run our website and customer records, currently Netlify and HighLevel. If you engage us, the builders and land developers involved in your purchase. We only pass your details to a mortgage broker, conveyancer, accountant, property manager or other professional if you ask us to or agree first. We do not sell your details.
Referral payments: If we would receive any payment or benefit for introducing you to a broker or anyone else, we tell you before we pass on your details.
Overseas storage: Our website and customer record providers may store your details on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect information to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Marketing: We only send newsletters and offers if you have agreed, for example by ticking the box on a form. Every email and text has a way to unsubscribe, and we act on it within five working days. Replies about your own enquiry are not marketing.
How we look after it: Access to our customer records is limited to our team and protected with two factor sign in. If you do not go ahead with us, we delete or de-identify your enquiry within 24 months.
Seeing or correcting your information: You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details above.
Complaints: If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies and analytics: This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Changes: We may update this policy. This version was last updated on 12 October 2026.
