Things worth knowing first.
What happens on the first call?
We ask about your income, your existing commitments and your deposit or equity position, and give you an indicative capacity range. It takes about twenty minutes and there is no credit check, so nothing touches your file. If the answer is that now is not the time, you hear that on the call.
Does it cost anything to talk to you?
No. The $1,000 engagement fee applies when you ask us to start work: the full capacity assessment, the corridor research and the shortlist, including physically inspecting what makes the list. It is credited in full against your build if you proceed, and the work is yours to keep if you do not.
Do I need a deposit ready before I call?
No. Plenty of people call to find out what deposit they would actually need, which is a sensible reason to call. If you own a home, usable equity often does the job instead of cash.
Will I get a sales sequence if I enquire?
You will get a call from a person and an email confirming what we discussed. If you tell us you would rather not be contacted again, that is the end of it.
